I recently received a yarn bowl as a gift from my friend Libbie.  I love it, it’s simple design is so practical, the yarn stays in the bowl and the working string is controlled by a cut out in the side of the bowl.
Currently in my bowl is Red Heart Unforgettable yarn. I’ve been working on a project to submit in the Crochet Guild of America’s conference design contest.
I will be going to the conference for the first time, this year it’s in Concord (Charlotte) NC.  More information is available on the CGOA web site, my CGOA logo is a link.  I’m very, very excited about going and have signed up for 5 classes, Professional Development Day, Fashion Show and Dinner.
